Amores Chiles is a small-batch salsa macha (Mexican chili oil) business handcrafted con mucho amor in San Francisco. It's a love letter to my roots, a celebration of my Mexican heritage, and a testament to the rich, vibrant flavors that have shaped my life.

My journey with Amores Chiles began during a transformative chapter in my life, living and working in Mexico City. It was there that I immersed myself in the food scene, constantly exploring and experimenting with new flavors.

As a first-born Mexican-American, I’ve always felt a deep obligation to keep my culture alive within my family. I wanted to create something that would preserve and celebrate our heritage. Every jar of chili oil I craft is infused with this love for my roots, a blend of tradition and innovation that brings the warmth and authenticity of México to your table.
